Lately I started noticing lines on my forehead, this was something new and that started worrying me. Since I am living in a cold country I was sure that it's going to be worse in winter. As I am in my late 20's, I realized it is time for me to start using something that will not only reduce my new wrinkles but also delay the process of aging.It was then when I decided to try Olay Total Effects instant smoothing serum.

My Experience/thoughts: 

I have been using  "Olay total effects 7 in one instant smoothing serum" for almost a month now and I am absolutely in love with this product. I have been using this  serum everyday for almost a month and my skin  already looks younger and feels softer. The wrinkles on my forehead have visibly reduced and that brings a big smile on my face. I apply this serum everyday after getting up in the morning and before going to bed. After you apply the serum you will feel that your skin is not dry  and you can even do without a moisturizer( although I am not suggesting that you do not use a moisturizer) such is the effect of this serum. Since I have dry skin I sometimes mix this serum with my foundation and it works wonder. The product is very light and it gets absorbed very easily and one should apply it liberally on your face, neck and behind your ear lobes. It has also reduced the dark spots and given me an even skin tone. I love this product and would recommend everyone in their late 20's to start using it at the right time. I am so impressed with the product that I will for sure try other Olay products as well.

Advantages:

Reduces line, moisturizes, reduces dark spots, fragrance is soft not very strong, comes with a pump on top so it is really easy to use the product.

Disadvantages:
No spf

Today I am going to show a very simple every day hair tutorial. You can style you hair in a matter few  minutes,so here we go:
Being a really simple hairstyle you do not need anything but a comb and an elastic hair band.

1)First you need to run a comb through your hair and make it tangles free.

2)Now make a side pony tail and tie an elastic rubber band,preferably the one matching your hair color.

3)Now we need to loosen the pony tail and make a small gap with the help of your finger.

4) Now we need to hold the hair from the other end ( base of ponytail) and put it in the small gap that we made on the top with the help of our finger. After you have done the result will be like the ones shown below.Its really simple and easy and do not take more than a couple of minutes.

So you see this hairstyle is so simple and my sister helped me do this tutorial on her beautiful hair.

 White pieces become a wardrobe staple during summers. Love to include whites in the outfit one way or the  other. Like i did in this outfit. My Experience/ thoughts:

Lumene Vitamin C+ Pure Radiance Day Cream (long nameJ) has a very fresh fruity, citrusy smell. Hmmm…smells like a mix of oranges and berries. Peps me up in the morning when I apply it. The thing I like about this product is it has no paraben, no synthetic colors and is over 85% made of natural ingredients. Its has two variants one with SPF and one with no SPF and while picking up by mistake I picked up the one with no SPF :((((…. Another thing that I like about the cream is it has Vitamin C in it. Vitamin C helps your skin to revitalize it’s self. It also helps your skin to firm up because it helps to produce collagen which is something that our skin looses as we get older. 

The texture of Lumene Vitamin C+ Pure Radiance Day Cream is light. However its moisturising and gets very easily absorbed into skin. It leaves the skin feel soft, supple and hydrated. It does make my skin feel good and refreshed, but radiant skin factor I am not so sure radiant is a big word. I would say my skin looks a little brighter and healthier. All in all it is a good product but I think for me it’s more suitable for summers. My skin is dry and winters being just around the corner I will require something with thicker consistency and more moisturising properties. But it could be a good option for people with oily skin.

Hello Girlies,

Today is my  wedding anniversary and this is what I am wearing. This red peplum dress which I bought few months back on my trip to Dublin, Ireland. The moment I saw this red dress the first thought that popped up in my mind was to keep this for my special day. I know its been really long to just hang on with this beautiful dress and not wear it but finally I am wearing it today and I hope my husband loves it:)

I paired this beautiful  red dress with a beautiful a black purse which has golden studs on it and a golden-brown arm band. I wore these really simple stud earnings and wore this flat neck piece which went really well with my red peplum dress. I wore a pair of black  stilettos which goes in sync with the purse.

 

 

I tied up my hair in a side bun , it is not a perfect sleek bun instead it is a loose side bun. Since i wanted to wear this red lipstick i opted for neutral shades for eye shadow, kajal and mascara.

My Experience/ thoughts:

We all have used variety of cleansing milks to find out which is the one for us. Before trying Loreal one I was using Revlon Hydra Boost Cleansing Milk and was quite happy with it and it lasted me for a long time. But once I was done with it I wanted to try something new, so when I was browsing through the products I came across L'Oreal Triple Active Cleansing Milk and what attracted me was it is for dry and sensitive skin. It claims to hydrate, cleanses and soothes. It has a runny consistency so one has to be careful while taking out the product otherwise you end up having lot more than required. After applying and massaging it turns into oil on your face. Might sound scary to some but it is easily removable with damp cotton and no oil traces are left. It removes makeup, cleanses and hydrates skin. It removes dirt easily and is a great cleanser to be used at the end of the day.  The product does impart moisturization.  I use it every night and love its results, this product is ideal for dry and sensitive skin. Overall, this cleansing milk is great for beauties with dry skin and one bottle goes a long way.

Maxi Dress

Hope everyone is feeling fabulous today!!!

Lately weather has been amazing out here. Warm and bright sunny days, perfect time to wear maxi dresses. In recent years maxi dresses have come around each year as a summer time staple and is on trend this season as well. So going on with the trend this season here’s another look of the day. There is a lot to love about the maxi dress :: it’s comfortable and easy to wear for numerous occasions and events, has the ability to dress up or down.

I love wearing maxi dress, they are just so comfortable and love the way they give you a summer hippie look.

The maxi dress I’m wearing is a find from Åhlens – a really cute flowery chiffon dress with side slits. I kept the look simple with minimal accessorizing. Stacked some bracelets and carried a pink hobo bag.

Finally I completed the look with tri coloured sandals which gave a little zing to the whole look.

 Makeup wise I kept  it bare minimal with just concealer, setting powder and lip gloss.
